The NordMedia 2021 conference call for abstracts is now out and will open for submissions in January 2021. The biannual conference will take place 18 – 20 August 2021 at the University of Iceland in Reykjavík.
Welcome to our virtual “book table”! This year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, Nordic Media Days is moving its programme online – and we are turning our annual book table into a digital presentation of the latest news from Nordicom and medianorway. All literature and services are Open Access.
During spring and summer, several media conferences will be held in the Nordic countries. The themes include international media trends and challenges facing the media industry, fake intelligence and challenges from both outside and within the media field.
On January 23 – 24, Nordicom is hosting a cross-thematic conference on the implications of the budding market for paid-for online news. The conference will take place at the University of Gothenburg.
