Media Pluralism Monitor Report

During 2014, the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom carried out a pilot-test implementation of an updated version of the Media Pluralism Monitor developed in 2009, with the aim to assess the risks to media pluralism in the monitored countries. The result for Denmark, which was the only Nordic country included in the study, shows a low/medium risk for media pluralism.

Internet i Europa ökar, men fortsatta skillnader mellan länder

Internetanvändningen fortsätter att öka i Europa. Nästan två tredjedelar av EU-invånarna 16-74 år använder Internet dagligen, enligt data från Eurostat. Men andelen användare skiljer sig åt mellan länderna, från drygt 30 procent dagliga användare i Rumänien till runt 90 procent på Island och i Norge.
